This
program is for: Teachers employed by or
volunteering for schools or instructional
programs parents of an approved homeschool
program for use in purchasing books or
other materials for classroon/educational use. To sign up: Complete
the application form on the back and drop it off
on your next visit. You will be asked to provide
evidence of employment (e.g. ID or pay stub) or
homeschool credentials at that time. You will
receive the discount that day and a membership
card in the mail at your school.
Even if you are
already a member of our current program, you will
still need to sign up to receive the new discount.
Program notes:
You can receive the 20% discount beginning August
31, 1998. The discount is offered on
instructional materials only. Once you have
enrolled, simply give the bookseller your name at
the register to receive your discount. The
discount may not apply to all special orders.
Please check with us. You will receive a two-year
membership expiring at the end of June,
two years after your application date.
Tax exempt
status: Items will be tax exempt only if
purchasing with school funds directly. That means
that at the time of purchase you are either using
a school check or charging the purchase on a
school account or credit card. This is a Colorado
Dept. of Revenue policy. We cannot make
exceptions.
